2C AlicanteProperty for sale in the Moraira and El Portet area continues to resist the down trend. Valuations have increased in some cases due to under supply of quality first line homes in the area.
Whilst many estate agents have struggled to find buyers for property in the lower price bands, the shortage of beach front real estate has helped push prices even higher for luxury and executive homes.
Villas in El Portet are in particular short supply as the Major of Moraira continues to oppose high rise and intensive development.
